However, for the past few days, the film has been seeing a gradual decline in collection. It is to be seen if the film would see a jump at the domestic box office. Director Arun Matheswaran’s ‘Captain Miller’ released in theatres on January 12. The film released amid massive expectations from fans.
The Dhanush-starrer opened to an overwhelming response from critics and audiences alike. However, for the past few days, the film has been seeing a gradual drop in collection. On January 17, the film is estimated to have earned Rs 3 crore net in India.
The six-day total collection of ‘Captain Miller’ now stands at Rs 38.43 crore (net) in India. The film has recorded an occupancy of 23.68 per cent in the country.

Helmed by Arun Matheswaran, ‘Captain Miller’ features Dhanush and Priyanka Arul Mohan in lead roles. Actors Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan and Elango Kumaravel play pivotal roles in the movie as well. The music has been scored by GV Prakash. ‘Captain Miller’ stars Dhanush in the titular role and is set in the pre-independence era.
