On September 10, Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Jitin Prasad inaugurated and laid the foundation for 30 schemes. During the event, Prasad playfully challenged BJP MP from Etawah, Ramshankar Katheria, saying that if they could correctly guess the number of zeros in 20 crores, he would grant them the benefit of 200 crores worth of schemes.
