Block deals boost FPI flows in March – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Foreign funds have turned big buyers in Indian equity markets this month, picking up shares worth Rs 40,710 crore in the first fortnight of March. The inflows came after a modest investment of Rs 1,539 crore in Feb and an outflow of Rs 25,743 crore in Jan, data with the depositories snowed.
The March figure includes some bulk deals executed through the stock exchange.
