Two directors exit Paytm Bank’s board – Times of India

MUMBAI: Two independent directors are learnt to have resigned from the board of Paytm Payments Bank. Shinjini Kumar and Manju Agarwal have quit the firm’s board, sources said. An email sent to the bank did not elicit any response till the time of going to press.
Kumar has previously held senior positions in organisations like Citibank, PwC India and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.Agarwal has had a 34-year stint with SBI. Her last assignment at SBI was deputy MD. The bank’s board now comprises three independent directors – former Punjab & Sind Bank executive director Arvind Kumar Jain, former Accenture MD Pankaj Vaish, and former DPIIT secretary Ramesh Abhishek.
