Sunil Thakur, partner and head South Asia at Quadria Capital said, the investments will be made across the healthcare segments such as hospitals, diagnostics, pharma, medical devices and healthcare financing. “We are evaluating 8-10 companies at any point of time across all the segments for investments and out of this, investments will be made in six or seven companies. In the coming years, we are looking at investing around $1.5 billion over the next two to three years. It will be equally split between south Asia and southeast Asia,” he told TOI on Sunday.
