Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have been setting couple goals for a while now. In an interview, the ‘Uri’ star revealed whether he faces any pressure from his family regarding having children. The actor is currently busy promoting his upcoming family entertainer ‘The Great Indian Family’.
VICKY KAUSHAL OPENS UP ON PRESSURE TO HAVE KIDS
Vicky Kaushal has always been vocal about his relationship with his wife-actress Katrina Kaif. In an interview with Radio City, he revealed whether the couple is feeling pressured to become parents. He said that both his and Katrina’s families are very understanding and don’t pressure them at all.
When Vicky was asked if any family member pressurised them for ‘good news’, he said, “Koi bhi nahi daal raha. Vaise bade cool hain (No one. They are very cool people).” He further admitted that he is a part of a family WhatsApp group called ‘rocking family’, which is flooded literally everyday with emotional messages about sacrifices made by mothers and fathers. Vicky also mentioned that, for him, his family is his life.
ABOUT VICKY AND KATRINA
During the interview, Vicky also revealed that his parents were the first ones to know that he was dating Katrina Kaif. “Aise to din nahi aaye ke Viral (Bhayani) se pata lage, maine bataya (I told them about the scene. It wasn’t that bad that they got to known from the paparazzi).”
Vicky and Katrina dated for months before getting married in 2021, with a private ceremony in Rajasthan.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in the blockbuster ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’. He will soon be seen in ‘The Great Indian Family’ with Manushi Chillar. The film will release in theatres on September 22. He also has ‘Sam Bahadur’ in the pipeline. Helmed by Meghna Gulzar, the film is based on the real-life story of the Indian war-hero, Sam Manekshaw, India’s first field marshal.
