Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor had recently graced an event where she was questioned about her interfaith marriage with actor Saif Ali Khan, and how people speak of her ten-year age gap with husband and star Saif.

Speaking at the Express Adda, the actor said that those things don’t really matter to her or affect her as such as she loves being with her partner of over a decade.
The actor said, “We spend so much time discussing interfaith (relationships). So much energy, so much that they are 10 years apart. The important thing is to have fun. The most important thing between Saif and I is that we like each other and enjoy our company. How should it matter what faith he follows or what his age is, that isn’t even a point of discussion.”
‘WHAT MATTERS IS LOVE…’
When quizzed about how she would respond to trolls who question and criticise her relationship, the actor stated, “When has age ever mattered, he is hotter than ever. I am happy I am 10 years younger, he should be worried. No one would say he has turned 53. Age does not matter, what matters is respect and love and the fact that we have fun with each other.”
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor is awaiting the release of her digital debut, Jaane Jaan, which has been helmed by Sujoy Ghosh and also features Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in pivotal roles.
The film releases on September 21 on Netflix.
