Court Dialogues: Five-judge bench of Supreme Court to decide on validity of Sedition law

by The Technical Blogs

After hearing short arguments on whether the petitions challenging the constitutional validity of the British-era sedition law under Section 124A of the IPC should be referred to a Constitution Bench, the Supreme Court on Tuesday decided to place the matter before a five-judge bench of the court.
